Delivery
Delivery is charged per order not per item. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order and displayed for verification prior to going through the payment process. The delivery address can differ from the invoice address, providing the invoice address is present on your order.
Our standard delivery charge is £6.95 per order to mainland UK addresses. Offshore addresses may incur an additional charge. Please note that we do not ship outside of the UK and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or shipping agents addresses.
Items are shipped via DHL courier or Royal Mail 1st Class. The method of delivery is chosen depending on the delivery address, size and value of the order.
Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm and all larger items will require a signature on receipt of the order. If the carrier is unable to deliver the item a card will be left notifying you of the delivery attempt. This will contain instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or collection. Failure to complete the delivery or collection within the required timescales will result in the goods being returned to Team Sport Direct. All orders returned to Team Sport Direct will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that a £9.99 fee will be deducted to cover the administration costs of the failed delivery.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Team Sport Direct shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the estimated delivery date.
Team Sport Direct shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Ownership of the goods shall pass from Team Sport Direct to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Please check the goods as soon as you receive them and ensure that you keep the receipt.
Returns
Goods may be returned if they are faulty, damaged or unwanted. Special order goods which have been printed or embroidered can only be returned if they are faulty. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
All returns must be made within 8 working days.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods reach us safely, we recommend using a postal method requiring a signature as well as taking adequate postal insurance.

Unwanted goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. They must be complete with all original packaging and accessories. They must be in re-saleable condition. Returned item(s) will be refunded via the original payment method minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Should the goods be faulty or missing parts we will offer the choice of a replacement or. The refund will include the original shipping cost.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Team Sport Direct website, or by phoning us on Tel: 01604 239857.
