These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
This site is owned and operated by Team Sport Direct. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Team Sport Direct.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Team Sport Direct website.
The Contract Between us:
Team Sport Direct acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Team Sport Direct must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until the point of dispatch of the goods to you from our distribution centre. Once payment has been received Team Sport Direct will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address provided in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price.
Team Sport Direct is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
If Team Sport Direct has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible via the email address supplied on your order form. Any sum debited by Team Sport Direct from your credit card will be re-credited to your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Team Sport Direct will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimize disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Payment:
Team Sport Direct accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Upon receiving your order Team Sport Direct carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched, apart from magazine subscriptions, which, due to their nature are invoiced in advance.
Delivery:
We deliver to addresses within the UK only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days.

Distance Selling Regulations:
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within seven days of delivery. This applies to all of our products unless they are bespoke or custom developed to ours or your specification.
To cancel the contract please return the goods to us unused, unopened and in as new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned items are not in a ‘new and saleable’ condition. All items must be complete, undamaged, clean, with all labels attached and in the original manufacturer packaging.
Returned item(s) will be refunded via the original payment method minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Cancellation of Orders:
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Team Sport Direct website, or by phoning us on Tel: 01604 239857.
Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Goods Received:
All returns must be made within 8 working days.
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods reach us safely, we recommend using a postal method requiring a signature as well as taking adequate postal insurance.
Once we have received the goods we will offer the choice of a replacement or refund. The refund will include the original shipping cost.
Warranty Returns:
If a product fails during the warranty period please return it to us. Once we have received them we will either return them to the manufacturer for repair or send a replacement product to the same or higher specification.
Refused Delivery / Goods Not Collected / Goods Not Called For:
Failure to complete the delivery or collection within the timescales required by the carrier will result in the goods being returned to Team Sport Direct. All orders returned to Team Sport Direct will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that a £9.99 fee will be deducted to cover the administration costs of the failed delivery.
Our Liability:
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Team Sport Direct website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
We make no warranty that the Team Sports Direct website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website.
We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. These links are provided for your convenience only and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control.

Team Sport Direct own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use
or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you order on the internet, your card details are transmitted to our merchant bank payment system using very strong encryption which means that it is almost impossible for a third party to view your card details. Once we have processed your card, we do not store or hold your card details.
Privacy:
Team Sport Direct takes privacy and security rights seriously. During the course of trading, we may gather personal information which is kept strictly confidential.
We will not release personal telephone or address details to any third parties, except in the following situations:
If required by a courier delivery agent in order to contact you regarding your delivery
Required by our merchant bank card processor to verify credit and debit card authenticity

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses, however we do use cookies to store address information on the order form. We do not store any sensitive data in a cookie.
Applicable Law:
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
